The Ground floor comprises of a contemporary Italian fitted kitchen, seperate living room and seperate shower / WC. The Kitchen comes with a variety of appliances including a built in washing machine & dishwasher, dining table with 6 chairs. The living area is air conditioned with two sofa-beds and for entertainment, contains a 32" LCD TV, DVD/CD/Radio Cinema system with iPod docking station, and a Playstation consol with a selection of games. For those wishing to check their e-mails whilst away, we provide Vodafone wireless internet connection.

First floor accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom, with vaulted ceiling and en-suite shower room to the master bedroom. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, balconies and superb views. The master is furnished with a double bed, the 2nd with single beds which can be pushed together to provide further double bedding and the 3rd with a double bed. A cot is also available although without bedding.

Outside, the front garden supports off road parking for up to 4 cars. The rear garden is walled with soft planting and a circular lawned area. The lit swimming pool measures 8x4m (26x13ft) and the adjoining spacious sun terrace includes a table, 6 chairs and 6 sun loungers.
