Introduction

Villa Petalutha is a 2 storey detached villa with 3 bedrooms, spacious lounge and fully equipped fitted kitchen with family dining. 

Our aim is to have home from home comforts with all the equipment you'd expect in your own home with the extra little touches you expect from a luxury Villa.

Ground Floor

The layout is set to an “L” shape with a contemporary Kitchen/Diner on one side and spacious lounge on the other.  The two sections are joined by a spacious hallway, WC/shower room and stairs to the first floor.

The Italian fitted Kitchen is supplied with a variety of appliances including a built in washing machine & dishwasher.  The glass dining table with 6 chairs overlook the patio area which provides a further glass table and seating, not to mention the sea and pool views.

The living area is air conditioned with two sofa-beds and for entertainment, contains a 32" LCD TV, DVD/CD/Radio Cinema system with iPod docking station, and a PlayStation console with a selection of games.  We have also provided a selection of DVD’s and books.

First Floor

First floor accommodation comprises of 3 air conditioned bedrooms, a family bathroom and en-suite shower room to the master bedroom.

The master bedroom boasts a vaulted ceiling, en-suite shower room, balcony and sea views.  Furnished with a King size bed, built in wardrobes, dressing table and hair dryer.

Bedroom 2 is furnished with a King size bed, built in wardrobes and also has a balcony and landscape views.

Bedroom 3 is furnished with two single beds and built in wardrobes.  This room also has a balcony and sea views
